I don't doubt, but fewer and fewer people of any age will believe that's the right way to get a job or the right way to perform one. Job-seekers and job-holders, managers and CEO's are saying "I am a person, first. I love my job, and I deserve to love my job and my job deserves to have someone in it who cares about it as much as I do. But my life comes first.
